Just finished a changing table for my infant daughter. The changing box is removable with a few screws in the back so when she is older she can us it as a toy/stuff shelf.
This is my first project on this scale.
I have also added a pict of a circa 1930's dresser. This is also in my daughters room. I wanted the new piece to look like it matched the antique.
Its made from birch ply and stain grade poplar. I finished it by spraying a mix of a few TransTint colors and used an alchohol base. It took some time mixing a dye combo that was close to the antique! It also has 3 coats of polyurathane for durability.

Nice job matching the feet!

The color looks good too. I'm sure your daughter will be happy!

Very nice, Wayne. And very clever making it so it can be used latter for a toy chest.

Keep up the good work as they get easier as you go...

Looks like an excellent match. That came out so nice, you may have trouble with potty training now. :)
