I'm in a bit of a rush, I was asked to update a couple of signs and upon arrival, I found out that in this case "update" meant "make from scratch".
I'm trying to identify the materials used. I would normally order a couple of pieces of what I think it is and go from there, but I'm pressed for time, so I'd like to get this right the first time if possible.
Two items- one is the brass and one is the frame. The brass is real metal and can't be substituted. I hope the photo I posted shows that clearly enough to see the grain pattern, etc. I think I know what it is, but I'd like someone who make work with it to confirm.
The second item is the frame, it's 1/4" thick, gloss black acrylic with 1/4 round all the way around. It doesn't look like it was made from scratch, looks like it was a bought item. I have 1/4" black acrylic and can make this from scratch if I need to, but it sure would be nice to buy them as well.
Can anyone name those materials? :)
Thanks-
