Is this just for the Iraq theatre or are units in Afghanistan acceptable for this project?

How about returned home wounded service personnel?

Lastly, where are some good places to look for pen kits in order to learn to make pens with?

Hello Mark, any troops that are away from their family and in harms way have been service men and women that the project has targeted, pens have been sent to troops in Afghanistan as well as other areas. There are lots of places to get pen kits 2 I use are Penn State Industries and Woodturningz.
