I installed a new computer system over this weekend, thought it would give me time to transfer everything and work with Vista. (I know what a gamble, but I could always use the old computer if I had to.) I Did talk to Universal before to find out if everything I had planned was going to work or not, and they did give me some pointers.
But as things go, not everything went smooth. As everthing was fresh in my mind, I did E-mail servce at ULS on Sunday explaining the problem. I did not expect an anser until Tuesday. When I came in early Monday morning, there was an answer in my Email. I responded with more questions, and got another answer in short order.
That is why I buy USA and by referral, SERVICE has to be up there.
Universal Laser Sytems stepped up to the plate and got me running despite myself.
