Hello,
I am a turner without a shop looking to connect with any New York City area woodworkers. I am quitting my job at the end of the month and would like to do a little turning, or just hang out in a wood shop, before returning to my home in Maine for the summer. I primarily turn bowls and can provide pictures of my work (I guess these could be considered my wood turning resume). I am 25 years old and very enthusiastic about turning and woodworking in general, I would appreciate any information or resources that people might be able to suggest.
Thanks,
Ben
P.S. Here is a post from my dad with pictures of our shop in Maine (http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=43286); lots of nice bowls have come off that General.
