I have been looking at the Exactor sliding tables for a while now on Amazon and just noticed today that the EX60 just went on sale for $467! The other model I was looking at is the EX26X which is still listed at $765. I have seen a few threads comparing these two models and I am still not sure which would be best for me. For anyone with the EX60, have you mounted it with the table extension on the saw removed or attached? Does anyone have a picture with this beast attached?

I had an old excalibur 60 inch same as the exactor brand. Had it about 15 years. Great for cutting up melamine for making cupboards. I attached it to the wing of the TS. I did the cut the 9" of fence off thing as suggested and attached with the left wing removed. Big mistake as now you can't hardly cut to the left of the blade. Wasn't long putting the wing back on. Had to move the shortened fence over. The excalibur's long fence worked fine extended over 9 more inches. Sold it last year when I bout a used Laguna TSS slider.

You may have missed your chance at Amazon's mistake, it's $779 now. Still a good deal.

Thanks for the link. I did not miss my chance to get the table at $476. I figured it was too good a deal to pass up.
What is up with Amazon? Why would they drop the price by $300 and then raise it back? Oh well, glad I happened to see it!
