Any one know where to get music (notes and words) for songs in a vector format?

Ouch, that is a tough one. My best suggestion is what I did for a logo once.

Corel 5 Clipart has a bunch of different notes and other symbols, don't know about later versions. Scan the sheet music, then place the appropriate vector notes from the clipart on top of the bitmap until they are all lined up.

That would be real slow, I only had to do one bar.

There are quite a few free music note typefaces out there. I'm not sure about Corel but in Illustrator just convert to outlines.

Scan to PDF and then import PDF? Just a thought.

There's quite a bit of free sheet music on the Internet in PDF format.
When you import the PDF into Corel, the notes, staff, and text should all be vector.

Just Google "PDF sheet music"-

Brian - there is a 'border' in X3 that is a song. It's all black fill, but is vector format. Punch in border on your scrapbook and it's one of them in there. If you have problems finding, let me know, I'll see if I can find it again and send it to you.

Edit....

Went ahead and added it... Have fun...
