Computer Help Needed

Hi,

My 2 year old decided to try out his computing skills during a moments inattentio today. The tool bar with the clock and start button is on the left side of the screen now instead of the bottom. I tried to return it unsuccessfully. HELP!

In the area where the programs show up so you can switch between programs, there should be an area that is empty. Click in there and hold down the mouse and drag to the bottom of the screen... Let me know if that make sense :D
