Here's a awesome BBQ rib receipe.
EVERY AMERICAN LOVES RIBS.

Cut your ribs.
Season w/ everglades seasoning. A southern thing. http://evergladesseasoning.com/
Pour (1) full body beer into rib pan to marinate meat. I use Bud.
Dowse w/ worschestershire sauce.
Cover pan w/ heavy duty Renolds wrap.
Place in over or grill w/ temp gauge for 3 hr.s @ 350-400 degrees.
Check for tenderness in 2 1/2 hr.'s.
When meat is about to fall off the bone gentle place on grill & base w/ BBQ sauce.

Homemade BBQ sauce receipe
Heinze ketchup
Dark brown sugar
Worchestershire sauce
Granulated garlic (not garlic powder) yes, there is a difference
Diced sweet onions, green & red peppers, if thats your thing.
And a small amount of beer for simmering purposes.
Simmer for about 1 hr.
BASE RIBS AND PIG OUT.

A guy I used to know would do just about that exact recipe for BBQ sauce but he would add a can of pepsi. It was really good sauce.

Rich,
Thanks for adding the cola thing. Coke is actually the best to add as it has a high acidity content and helps tenderize the meat.
Also one may want to add some liquid smoke, just be real careful how much you add or your meat may taste like a burnt piece of wood.
