Here's a awesome BBQ rib receipe.
EVERY AMERICAN LOVES RIBS.
Cut your ribs.
Season w/ everglades seasoning. A southern thing. http://evergladesseasoning.com/
Pour (1) full body beer into rib pan to marinate meat. I use Bud.
Dowse w/ worschestershire sauce.
Cover pan w/ heavy duty Renolds wrap.
Place in over or grill w/ temp gauge for 3 hr.s @ 350-400 degrees.
Check for tenderness in 2 1/2 hr.'s.
When meat is about to fall off the bone gentle place on grill & base w/ BBQ sauce.
Homemade BBQ sauce receipe
Heinze ketchup
Dark brown sugar
Worchestershire sauce
Granulated garlic (not garlic powder) yes, there is a difference
Diced sweet onions, green & red peppers, if thats your thing.
And a small amount of beer for simmering purposes.
Simmer for about 1 hr.
