While searching for led I came upon this site http://jecoglass.com/phoenixlights.html

They offer 2 different type led and rgb ( which is water proof ) they seem to have a good price on them. The power supplies are out of sight,I have seen them in one of my crystal books real cheap under 6.00 . Hope this can help someone.

Ck. out the photo on glass, it is black an white I would like my photos to come out like that.
