Looks like Rowmark Brushed Aluminum.

I agee with Joe. It is some brand of engravable plastics, it might be the thin Flexi-Brass from Rowmark.

I think it's that too, whoever is doing it is cutting with way too much power though, it's curling the edges up by the cutline.

Yes that must be it, bad part is I use that material all the time! It just looks really thin, I use the 1/16 and the 1/8.
What can I say, I'm not used to being up that late:D

It is thin- .020". Works great for business cards.

I use a lot of .030" IPI brushed silver that looks a lot like that.

My first thought when watching the video was, looks like he could use some fine focus adjustment. Look how wide the cut lines are on his part. IF they focused the beam better, they could use less power and have less heat affected zone.
