I'm going to be up against the clock tomorrow on a rush job for a good customer. They will be supplying me with "3/16" rubber" at 10am, to cut a bunch of shapes and I have to hit the road at noon to get to an installation.

I have no idea what kind of rubber, and have not cut any rubber that thickness before, so if anyone has a suggestion for the starting settings
on my 45 watt Epilog, please share them so I don't waste too much time.

I have the DXF file already and it looks good, at least.

Joe I don't think it's going to be much different than the recommended for stamp rubber 3/16 is about the same thickness that I use - 20/100/100 should do it.

Thanks, and don't worry, if that doesn't work I won't make you eat your hat!

Well thanks for that at least

How did it work out for you? Rubber is the smelliest dirtiest stuff I've ever cut in my laser. I now charge a premium due to the cleanup necessary afterwards.
