Hi:

Does anyone have any information on Magma Lathes? Do they make a mini lathe?

Thanks,

Bob

'Can't seem to find anything about "Magma" lathes on the 'net, Bob. Where are you seeing them?

At any rate, this may be one of those times to stick with a known brand.

Jim:

Hi. I saw them in Christian Aufreiter's post about the woodworking show. It is a few posts down from my post.
Looks like it is a good lathe , but wonder about availability of parts for the lathe.

Thanks,

Bob

Bob, the lathe in that picture is a OneWay 2436. "Magma" may be an organization or some other kind of firm.

As Jim already mentioned, the late shown in my post is made by Oneway http://www.oneway.on.ca/ Magma is a kind of distributor for Japanese tools and turning tools in Austria.
