ULS replacement parts

I got some new parts today and it didn't come with directions. Tech support never returned my call and Mike McKenzie hasn't logged in yet.

Does anyone have directions on how to replace the following items?

P/N 143-0001-3, BEARING UPGRADE KIT - X AXIS (3 x 143-0001-1), $105.00
P/N 591-0003-5, BELT - X (5.25 feet)(For 24 inch X-axis), $35.00
P/N 143-0005-1, IDLER - X AXIS (sys. w/left side belt tensioner), $25.00
