Custom Color Printed Tile?

This probably isnt the right forum to ask this but through my research on laser etchers i have come across color printed tile. I cant seem to find out how this is done. Anyone have any insite? What kind of machine is needed to do this type of work?

You most likely found dye sublimation or CLTT. Google both terms and you'll find where to get set up.

There is a color laser engraving process by Atomic Art (or used to be) but it's too costly to be profitable.
