Here is my latest project. Except for the dust on the camera lens (GRRRR). It turned out decent...in my mind anyway, and yep, the smile in the last picture serves as payment in full. I think she's satisfied with her very own "Big Girl Bed".

I'd say you got quite a payment for that beautiful bed. She reminds me of my daughter when she was that size. She's 17 now. Enjoy those moments, they grow up VERY fast. One minute their 7, the next minute their 17. Great job on the bed.

My first woodworking project was a bed for my daughter. She was about your daughter's age at the time. Now she's twenty and I wish I still had that bed. I got rid of it during the move from Virginia to colorado. <Sigh.>
