Just wanted to let you know about a good Jet customer service experience. I received my ProShop TS last Friday evening. Started putting it together and one leg was bent beyond use. I was disappointed I couldn't get it up and running for the weekend. I called Jet Mon. afternoon. The lady I spoke with was great to say the least. My new leg came today. It's nice to know some companies still value their customers. Pic below to show it happened.

Jet is great with fixing problems like this. My bandsaw came with a bent motor fan cover and a missing handle. They send replacemements immediately. No problems at all.

Likewise. I had one or two minor scratches on some Jet equipment I received lately. I called Jet and said I wanted to buy some touch up paint. The lady asked why. When I explained she said no problem, I'll send you some free. Very nice. They were also great to deal with during the shipping process for my equipment.

what is jets number it is not on there site and I an having a issue with my joiner.

I believe it's on the back page of the manual - or thereabouts.
