10" Tilting Arbor Unisaw Grand Edition

In my quest for a cabinet saw, a fellow is selling this saw that belonged to his father who passed away. Saw was used in a small cabinet shop. He wasn't sure of the age but thought it was about 8 years old. Kept in excellent condition. Saw is 3hp with a 52" fence. No rust. Model number is 36-920 delta 10" arbor saw. I did a google search and couldn't find much about it. Does anyone have information regarding this saw and what would you suggest as a fair market price for it? Thanks for your help.

I have one of these white G.E. Unisaws (right tilt) and enjoy it very much. The 3hp motor has always been strong enough to handle my needs. I would value it somewhere in the $800-$1K range in very good condition. I'd make an offer of $700-$750 and see what happens.

In excellent condition.. 8 years old with 52" fence.. the re-sale value in the Atlanta area would be $800-950. But.. as Christof stated, offer $750 just to see how bad he needs to sell it even if you would pay more.
