When I bought my lathe it came with a straight and bent arm Beaver hollowing tools. No instructions were with it.
Does anyone know of any videos on the net showing the proper method of using this tool? I have checked you tube.
What is your impression of these Beaver tools?
Like an idiot I tried to use it to round a bowl that had warped. The bowl might just be coming back to earth. First bowl I orbited. Worst catch I have had in YEARS and definitely the worst since I started doing bowls. Obviously I was doing something wrong and I should have never tried to use it (easy call now!).
I contacted Crown and received a reply with a pdf of the instruction sheet. Not much help especially since I am a visual learning.
