Rewiring Jet Band Saw

Has anyone rewired the Jet JWBS-18X Bandsaw to 220 volt? The diagram on the cover plate is different than the points to be rewired. Thanks for any help.

i have jet motor e171548.top terminal 1 black terminal 2 grey and red terminal 3 yellow.bottom terminal 1 black middle terminal nothing terminal 3 white wire.hope this helps.
