Metric Dowels

Hello all, I didn't want to hijack the thread on how to turn your own dowels so here is this one.

I am looking for a 20 mm diameter wood dowel. Does anyone know of a source for one? I googled etc and everyone has emperial and no metric. I only need about 3 feet or so.

I was hoping my status would be changed to 2008 contributor. I contributed a couple days ago.

20mm is 0.78 inches, which is very close to 3/4". Any reason that wouldn't work?
