Eagle Scout Medal vector wanted

I have been searching all over but have been unable to find a vector drawing of an Eagle Scout medal. The reason is that I would like to inlay one on a memory box for this special event. The person I would like to use to "cut the veneer" is requesting a vector drawing. I have been able to find tons of clear photos and clipart, is it dificult to convert these to vector? I have no clue as to what this entails thus my question. At this point I would be willing to go with the shape, especialy "THE eagle", I could take care of the rest. Is there anyone who could help me find such a thing.

They are eps files and should open in CorelDraw
