Pls 360

Is anyone here familiar with the PLS 360 laser level? If so, I would like to know if it emits a continuous steady beam or is it pulsating. Can it be used on a tripod or the "laserjamb" system? What is the quality of the beam produced? Any other information would be appreciated.
