I recently purchased a 1965 Delta Bandsaw. It came with the original 1/2 HP, 3Phase motor. I need a single phase for my home use and would like to upgrade to 1HP. I am having problems getting a new motor to work with the old pulley, being that the #718 pulley has a 1/2 inch bore and the typical shaft size of a new motor is 5/8 or even 7/8. Does anyone have any ideas or know where I could get a pulley with 5/8 or 3/4 bore with a bushing? I would like to be able to use all the speeds. Thanks for your knowledge, Mike.
