Anyone compare the Powermatic DRO and the Wixey for planers?

ok - so I got a price on the DRO from Powermatic for their 15" planer. It's twice the price of the Wixey. It is a different beast but I am not so sure it's 60 dollars difference. I am going to download both manuals and have a look though them but then I thought maybe some other soul has already done this and can fill me in. Has anyone compared these two readouts and are there any significant differences? (other than the price that is :D)

Bruce - I did but I'll be damned if I can find it now. I found the instructions and some pics in the manual for the 15S planer and would have attached it to this post but the size exceeds the maximum. You can download it off the PM site. I see that it has a computer port on it :eek: Just what I need - connecting my woodworking machines to the laptop....
