Trotec Survey

Has anyone else been sent the e-mail from Trotec to take a survey? I went ahead and did it.

I found the questions very interesting. Some of them involved a new payment idea where one pays 50% up front and the balance on a per-hour-of-use basis.

Also mentioned were the idea of a 3-month take-back warranty, and some mention of what they called "no-name" lasers.

I received the survey and filled it out already. There were alot of questions that wanted a feel strong about it or less strong about it. Hard to answer unless one is somewhat educated in what is being asked.
I did like the suggestion of a three month take back trail time.

Ditto. I'm still under warranty and lovin' my Speedy! I'd be happy to voice my opinion if I receive one of these surveys.

I have a speedy 45 w with 20 to 30 hours on it with trotec air-assisting system and expert software. I have not received any info yet. By the way, in the case of anyone has an interest, i would like give it out.
