Osolnik started shipping out the 1220vs lathes.
Received email yesterday from Osolnik that my Jet 1220vs is on the way.:D
Ordered it in February and have been preparing since. This is my first lathe and I can't wait to set it up.
 I think I'll go wait at the curb for the delivery truck.

Paul from Paul, did you ever get your lathe and if so how do you like it? I simply can not find anyone even Osolnik Machinery that will sell me one. Always Unavailable.

Yes Paul, I did receive my Jet 1220vs. Good thing I ordered it as early as I did (February). Being that this is my first lathe I have nothing to compare it to so of course I think it's great. I have put a few miles on it already and can say it runs smooth, is solid, and true. Here are a few pics taken immediately after setup.

Started with small turnings to get a good feel of this lathe before attaching a OW Talon w/ #2 jaws. Then turned a Tealight holder, small bowl, cup, and some mushrooms (from a piece of Maple branch).
