Male version that is.
The first two pictures, Sofia and I are working on the drawers for Sebastian's chest of drawers.

This past Friday the 11th Sebastian was born. We had a very long weekend and today we got out of the hospital. The wife and Sebastian are great. He was born at 10.11 pounds and 23 inches (I need to rund a DNA test; too big to be mine...) :D

Sorry for all the pictures, but you know how it is. Now I should be back to semi normal activities with the lathe.

PS: Does anyone have a spare cow that can lend me for a while? This kid eats every hour.

Masterful work you and your wife did there. Very nice addition to the family. Get him and your daughter a set of chisels, plastic for now, and let em turn to their hearts delight.

Congratulations. Glad everyone is doing well. From the looks of your daughter ... just as you are getting to sleep through the night.... you have had your last full nights sleep for a while. It's worth it though.

Congratulations. My daughter 'helps' the same way yours does. It makes doing anything take 10x as long as if I were alone...I wouldn't have it any other way.

When our son was born, he was 10 lbs, 3 oz and looked like he was three months old next to all the 'normal' sized kids in the nursery. Almost 18 yeras later, he is still big. Based on experience, you will need at least a small dairy farm and a herd of beef. God I am glad he is going away to college this fall -- our food bill should drop at least $250. a week.

Congratulations! I am always looking for the angle to improve the shop so I guess that makes me more shallow that all these other decent human beings.

As I see it, Now is the perfect time to explain to your wife that a Trend Airshield could make diaper changes a more pleasant experience. Just spray a little perfume on the filter and you have full dust and odor protection.

In a tight economy we must play all the angles to reach the goal of the perfect shop.

That is a good one there. I got the shield already I need to think of something else. I'd like a new table saw but I'll have a hard time explaining that one. (Changing station table?)
