bethlehem olivewood supply company update

I ordered olive wood from them in Dec. and have a hard time getting my wood. I paid thru pay Pal and they said not much they could do because they are a overseas company. I finally got some wood first part of March but was wrong size and the flat wood had grease all over it and deep scratches. I called them and they said they were sorry and would replace the wood. After calls to the Holy Land and talking to the company they keep saying you will have it in a couple of days being shipped out of their warehouse in Texas. Every week the same story and no wood. Just a heads up if you are planning to order from them. Some people have got their wood but I see more people who have not on other sites.

It's too bad. I REALLY love that olivewood. I have never bought directly from The Holy Land. I usually get mine from PSI or somebody else that carries it here. Let them deal with Bethlehem.

Bob, sorry for your hassles but thanks for the update. Hope it works out for you. Like Rich, I have used other suppliers.

If you used a credit card to pay through PayPal, just dispute the charge and be done with it. If you try to go through PayPal, you get the run around though. Just go through your credit card company. You can usually even do it on-line. And yes, I know this from having done it before. :)
