CD case ideas?

I'm going to a graphic design conference next month and will be joing a group CD exchange. It's a great opportunity to showcase my laser work.

I want to do a really cool CD container as part of my giveaway: sleeve, thin case, etc. with the laser. But I don't know the exact type of plastic in a CD case; doubt it's laserable, meaning safe to cut.

Have you seen, or made, something unique that might fit the bill?

I think I made a mistake with sizing, the cd I used is 10cm , I think cds are 12cm diameter
scale the whole thing up by 120%
the hole positioning and size is also not accurate , I just did this quickly
