Gee, if there weren't already too many planes in my shop, this one with 18 hours left just might get considered, 140221836708.

Looks like it may have gotten a clear coat or something, the pictures are not that good, but at that price it is almost worth it for the parts.

If only SWMBO wasn't home during the day when the mail arrives.

Just for fun, compare this one, tote & knob with some hardware, 110240417532

Looks like two people got into a battle for the knob and tote. I'd make a new knob and tote out of something like cherry before I'd pay that much.

I guess the reason no one bid on the #5 is they're too common. Almost everyone who wants one has one (or two, or three,...)

Sometimes you can get a good deal on ebay. I picked this one up for $16.

Looks unused I will know when it gets here. Just bought it because of the odd box it came with.

I wonder what the G is for?

I know that Snap-On put a G on their tools they sold to the government during WWII because they sold them at such a low cost they were sold without warrantee.

As far as deals on eBay, one needs to know what they are looking at. It also is not a good place to get a tool that works right out of the box. Sure, some of them do. It is likely a good bet that most of them need some work before before they can play.
