Hi;

I've recently purchased a 1992 16inch Busy Bee Planer with the neoprene rollers. It was missing the chip-breaker and I'm told parts are no longer available. Anyone have a source on such parts, or even some photos or schematics on this (or a similar) unit? I've access to a machine shop and can build one but I don't even know what I'm trying to match here.

Thanks in advance.
Mike

Anyone have ideas or input into making my own chip breaker?

Mike, you may want to check with the guys at owwm dot org

They are the "old iron" specialists.

You also want to google the name and model number of your machine to try and find NOS (New Old Stock) suppliers.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the help Troy, I've done all the searches I could, but haven't heard of owwm.org.

I'll let you know how I make out.
