I've got a couple of 3/4 X 15 X 19 glued oak panels that are a little less than flat. I'm looking for someone who can plane or drum sand them to flatten them out. Anyone available? TIA Gordy

I would check out Wood Source. They offer this as a service.

My planer won't quite do that wide. Woodsource, as mentioned, would be able to do it for you though.

I am a drive from GR but have a 15" planer and a drum sander. If you are passing through you are welcome to them. Probably worth the cost to have a local shop do it at the fuel costs anymore.

For reference I am 7 miles east of the casino.

Once again I am not next door... but if your business travels bring you Detroit way... I have a 24" double drum sander and a 20" planer....

I hope I'm not OT but, wasn't Grand Rapids once the furniture manufacturing capital of the U.S. ? I would hope that there would still be some shops in town that could help you. I hear that even High Point is losing out to Asia.
