Hitachi 12" CMS on sale at Lowes

Hitachi 12" CMS on sale at Lowes for $289. Advertised on the website as "new lower price". My question is that the price before or after the current "15% off on powertools sale". That would make it $245.65, very tempting if that be the case. Formally $319. Anyone own or use this saw, jump right in here with comments/reviews.

I can't speak to the 12" unit, but I got the 10" at Lowes for 210.00 a few months back when they first went non stock. It works very smoothly. Dust collection is not very good, but that is part of the deal with an SCMS. Great price! Jim.

Jim, What did you mean by non-stock? The 15% off deal is for in-stock tools.

He picked up a Scms (SLIDING), that they no longer stock in the stores (they only carry the 12" slider now, not the 10").
The one Jim is asking about is the CMS (dual compound not a slider).

Randal's right. My bad!! I misread the original post as SCMS. (guess I have SCMS on the brain) The 12" slider was going for about that price in Dallas a couple months ago, when I got my 10" slider for 210.00.
