In the process of rationalizing buying a Festool 1400 router, I'm thinking I can sell my Freud Dial-a-Width dado set that's cut maybe 5 dados.
I have an older carbide dado set that I was perfectly happy with other than the PIA of fine tuning the width. I would still use this for rabbets, etc.
The combination of the rail and the microadjust on the OF1400 leads me to believe that this will actually be easier and faster, and at least as accurate for cutting dados.
Please tell me if I'm overlooking something.
