Greetings & Salutations,

Hello y'all. I have been lurking on here for a while and thought
that before I posted anything in one of the important
areas I would intro myself here.

Just wanted to say that this forum is fantastic in the wisdom
and information that everyone is willing to pass forward.

I am a retired truck driver that has dabbled in wood most
of my life. I have not had what you would call a shop until
just recently.

We purchased a place outside of a small town in eastern
Arkansas about 3 years ago and my shop plans started taking
shape.

I built a 30x50 metal building and finished off the back 20 feet
for my dedicated wood shop. I have a Grizzly 10" cabinet
saw, Grizzly 6" jointer, Grizzly 14" band saw, Grizzly Lathe,
Grizzly floor Drill Press, Delta 13" portable planer, Penn State
dust collector, Campbell Hausfield 60 gallon air compressor, various
portable tools and and hand tools.

So much for bragging, sorry I got carried away but I am about
as happy as a bole weevil in a cotton ball when I get to talking
about woodworking and shops. :D

I do have full insulation and heat and air in the shop so I am
able to work rain or shine, hot or cold. Since I built the shop
building a ways from the house, the only flat place I had at the
time, :p I put in a full 10x10 bathroom too so if I get real dirty
I can take a shower before coming back to the house.

I hope to maybe be able to contribute once in a while to topics
and will surely be here for quite a while.

Thanks again for having such a great place to exchange
information and ideas.

Will be seeing y'all soon.

Greetings & Salutations,

I got to looking around and was pretty sure I had some
pictures of the Bathroom but had to find them.

You can see my tankless electric water heater in the wall
on the left and to the right of the door there is 4 feet more
with a tanning bed in there lol.

The second picture is the outside of the bathroom as I was
and still didn't have the shop walls framed in.

Welcome to the "Creek"! When I built my shop the authorities wouldn't let install a "Necessary" or other such facilities.
