View Full Version : Thin kerf Woodworker 2 10" price drop again on Amazon $50 now.

Was just on Amazon and ordered a Thin Kerf 30 tooth Woodworker 2. Saw the posts from 2 weeks ago and the price keeps going down. Must not have sold fast enough for them. It's now $50.20 for the blade. Not quite half off of full retail but close.

They hopped up briefly to $90+ last night, then dropped down again this morning. No clue if they are doing it just to elicit an emotional purchase from us, but it worked on me (was on the brink last couple of days; breathed a sight of relief when it went back out of reach, although with a tinge of regret; then this morning my willpower completely caved)

Well, that makes 3 price reductions since I ordered mine. I've emailed them each time before, and when I've looked at my email later, they had emailed me saying they were issueing the credit. I think I'll wait this time and see if they are doing this automatically. Jim.

Yea, I just noticed. The way it is ping ponging around, keep tabs on it, it will probably go back down. I did chicken out and emailed them for the refund. Glad I did. I haven't gotton comfirmation yet. Jim.

The 9" WWII (http://www.amazon.com/Forrest-WW09307100-Woodworker-Tooth-Circular/dp/B000ON4BAS/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&s=hi&qid=1206548125&sr=1-16) is still showing $43 as of 8:21pm ET....prolly just a matter of time though...

The Only blade I saw at $50.20 was 8 1/4" 40 tooth :confused: (Was $92.90)

Yup the 30 tooth 10" woodworker 2. I guess the price has been bouncing up and down. I really wanted the 40 tooth, but I stalled and the price went back to normal. It was down to $72. Keep watching it may come back down.

It seems that Amazon may have been clearing their stock. I grabbed one at $50.20 with free shipping sold by Amazon. That same link is now $89.95 plus $14.20 shipping, sold by Grizzly. Perhaps keep an eye on the other Forrest blades being sold by Amazon; if they are getting out of the product line there may be more deals coming?
