PowerClip Issues

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I am attaching a cdr file so that hopefully you all can understand what my issue is. When I try to put this in a powerclip it goes to the center instead of the bottom? I know it is more than likely some small issue I don't know about, but if you could, please . . . help? I usually don't have problems with powerclip but I just install X3, so now I do.

Select your power clipped object and click on the "edit powerclip"; move the picture where you want it, click on powerclip "finish edit".

Go to Tools> Options and expand the Workspace group. Click on Edit and uncheck "Auto center new PowerClip contents". Don't forget to save your settings (Tools>Save Setting as default).
