Installing Shelix Cutter Heads

I just received my Shelix Cutter Head for a Delta DC-380 15" Planer from Byrd Tools. Before I start tear down and replacement of the cutter head, does anyone have any hints, tips, or advice on installation on the Delta DC-380 Planer? Any input would be appreciated, I seem to recall in the distant past that there was some problems with the Delta install but I cant remember what it was.

Hey roger, can you post pictures and or results when your done? I have a DC-380 and was trying to decide between shelix head or new planer with a shelix head, curious how the conversion goes. Good luck.
