Hi Tony,

I found your posts helpful on the laser forum, and just ran into a big problem: when I try to open or start up CX3, I get this:
CONDITION # 3005 D:WALDO/V1300/APPS/VGCORE/APPFRAMEWORK/MAINFRAME

What is this? I can't get to the "help" since I can't open the program.

If anyone else knows what this means, I would really appreciate a translation and a fix!

In case this happens to anyone else, here's how I "fixed" this problem:

I restarted the computer, held down F8 button as I opened CorelX3, which resets the whole thing to factory. You lose all of your settings, but you get the program back.

I could not find an answer on the tech site, through email or phone help, so this was my best way to get back into business ASAP. If anyone knows what caused this in the first place, I'd really like to know so I don't do it again!

I just use one pc to run my laser , When anything similar happens i go to system restore. It restores pc to a date when problem did not exist.
Its been a godsend.!

Thanks, Pat! Being a Mac person, I didn't think of system restore, even though it's a great safety. One more thing in the arsenal, thanks!
