Latest segmented work

This is the latest segmented project off the lathe. It's 8" tall, 5.25" in dia. and about 3/16" wall. Finish is BLO and 4 coats shelac. The woods used are cherry, maple, purpleheart, and black alowood. The LOML has already claimed it.
