Custom pen clips??

Hi all, welp, I'm getting anxious to start turning pens :) .... was looking online at different styles and came across this pen in the image below... it has a sheriff's badge on the clip... where can one get these clips for the pens?? I have searched the net over and came up empty :( .... I have a friend on the local force and would like to make him a pen with one of these clips....

I'm guessing that Scott's source is actually the same as Hut Products (http://www.hutproducts.com/departments.asp?dept=141) (which might even be the original source)
