Matching Pen/Pencil Sets

I've started making pens for friends as they ask and someone wants a pen/pencil set.

They're asking for cigar sized and in a platinum or silver. They're not looking for gold.

Anyone know of a source? I've tried my standard suppliers and coming up empty.

I looked around and I see that most suppliers carry cigar pen kits in all the platings, but only gold for the pencils. I'll be checking back to see what ya'll say.
