Hi everybody,
A friend gave me a Black and Decker Router years ago. It is a Black and Decker model #7612 and it is "type 1."
I know nothing about routers and was hoping if someone could help me.
Is this a decent router? I see it is a 1 1/2 HP which I suspect might be not quite a powerful as one would prefer.
Is this best used as a plunge router or a table router? I think i found a table that seems to be made for this router. It is a Wolfcraft 6151 Router Station 640.
Am I going about this correctly? Would it make sense to buy a table such as this and attempt to mount the router to it?
Agan, I know very little and any advice I can get it greatly appreciated.
Thanks very much!
