Anyone know of a source for a sale price on link belts? I'd like to replace the V-belts on my drill press, jointer, and band saw and would like to find a good deal.

My best bet would be to check out a bearing supply such as King Bearing or Motion Industries. Some of these companies sell the link belt. I would expect them to be lower priced than the wood boutiques.

There was a thread here a few weeks ago indicating Amazon had some listed. The items were sourced from Grizzly. I don't know if it's still listed on Amazon or not.
Grizzly Outlet had 3/8" and 1/2" on sale at the time, but only 5/8" shows a discount tonight; the others are available at higher price (http://www.grizzly.com/outlet/Power-Twist-V-Belt-5-8-x-4-/G8127 ).
Various stores catering to woodworkers offer it; promotions come and go. Your local bearing supply house probably stocks it and might have a competitive price.

I order some of Amazon/Grizzly roughly two weeks ago and they are sold out of the 3/8". The best price I could find was on ebay 25' box Fenner 3/8" for $122 with shipping.
