Hello,
I'm planning to add an extended outfeed table to my Powermatic 66 tablesaw. I plan to build a torsion box with solid legs, so it can double as an assembly table. I would like suggestions as to the strongest way I can join it to my saw.

Thank you
Caleb

Mine is free standing. If you must join it, most folks attach at the rear fence rail. I prefer not to. I have miter slot extension routed in and I have never had it misalign or casue other issues.

QFT. The table has a shelf covered in tools; it's heavy enough it doesn't move. But if I NEED to move the saw, I don't have to detach the table.
