I ordered some new tools from Bob online yesterday around 3:00 pm and received this morning in MA by 11:00. Received in 20 hours. I chose the "free shipping ground" option too. I wonder what would happen had I chose the next day or 2 day service?! Thanks, Bob.

Isn't the turn around fantastic! Just out of curiosity, what did you order?

I think my wife will be ordering me the barrel handle jigsaw for my upcoming 30th birthday. Festool and Bob are great!!!

I ordered an RO150 sander, asst. sandpapers and buffing disks, new saw blade, 55" guide rail, boom arm, hose garage, nozzles. All totalling over $1300. (Yipes!) Hope to place an order next week for domino & kit and RS2 sander. Trying to beat the price increase on 4/1.
The barrel handle jigsaw is also high on my list.
