I need to enlarge a pattern for cabriole legs onto some 1" graph paper, (the leg is about 29" long). Does anyone know a source for this paper?
Thanks
Dennis

Simply Google 1 inch graph paper and then print it out.;)

I usually just play around with the cell sizes in Excel when I need a certain size.

Great find, I have that one bookmarked, much faster then laying it out myself.

Thanks

Dennis, I have seen paper like this at craft/hobby stores and in the fabric section of mega marts. They have 1 inch graph paper that is intended for making clothing patterns. I think most of it is pretty thin (like tracing paper) but it should work for what you need to do.

Actually, the better link is:

http://incompetech.com/graphpaper/

That one leads you to a front page that gives you options for non-square graph paper... Trapezoids, hexes, etc.

Staples...ruled flip-chart pads.

Got mine from Office Depot. Large size (approx. 24" X 36"). Around $20.

I find the gridded thin clear plastic sheets sold for quilting patterns work very well when I want a durable pattern.

Otherwise, I 5x5 "quadrille" pads are my choice. "Quadrille" pads are inexpensive (for printed pads) and have no major-minor grids, allowing more flexibility in choosing the scale. I prefer the smaller 1/5" squares over the larger 1/4" squares. Quadrille pads are available from WalMart, K-Mart, drugstores, and any office supply store.
