Exacto "Google" for "Moses Basket".....

Never made one though but it looks like a pretty straight forward project.

To the OP: As Jamie suggests, if you ask some specific questions you will most assuredly get answers. Just because no one here has made on does not mean that we will not be happy to tell you how to do it! To begin with, I would buy the basket first. Then it will be easier to design around it (I doubt that Moses Baskets come in "standard sizes").
